After a long time working as an Art Director I took a detour and started studying Osteopathy in September 2009 in the European School of Osteopathy. Very quickly I became interested in classical osteopathy and current research; especially where the two worlds meet. Some time down the line I became interested in cranial and visceral osteopathy as well as SAT. I graduated in summer 2013 with a Upper Second Class Master in Osteopathy.
I have practiced Yang style Tai Chi for over 10 years and currently I am practicing Sun and Yang style. During my studies I qualified as a tai chi instructor in the Tai Chi for Health programs by the Tai Chi for Health Institute created by Dr Lam. Having attended many workshops I am currently certified to teach Tai Chi for Arthritis part I & II, Tai Chi for low Back Pain and Tai Chi for Energy. I have also completed the program: Understanding the depth of Tai Chi for Arthritis. You can visit my profile here.
I believe that Tai Chi has health benefits that coupled with Osteopathic treatment can improve the quality of life of many people.
