Hello everyone,

Tai Chi for Health will start next Monday 9 January from 18.30 to 19.30. We will be practicing the TCA Part I 12 movements for the whole of this months and hopefully by the beginning of next month we will start introducing movements of Part II.

We will also practice breathing techniques, fluidity and continuity of movements and the warm up, Chi Kung, exercises adapted by Dr Lam for the TCA form.
