The article Tai chi ‘relieves arthritis pain and improves wellbeing’ published recently in Arthritis Research UK shows, in a large research study including more than 300 subjects, that patients with arthritis are likely to benefit from tai chi.

In this study practitioners took lessons 2 times a week for 8 weeks and provided repots showing that their pain, stiffens and fatigue levels decreased after the period of the study.

This article corroborates what has already been proven in the TCA programs where Tai Chi for Arthritis has shown that people suffering from osteoarthritis can largely benefit from this ancient practice.
